05. The duty officer will provide all possible assistance in the application of the person who has come to the police station to make a GD.

A) Apply to the Assistant Commissioner of Police (Zone) / Assistant Superintendent of Police (Circle) in the metropolitan area.
B) If he does not take action on the matter, the person may apply to the Deputy Commissioner of Police / District Superintendent of Police.

07. The injured victim will be provided overall assistance from the police station and the police station will collect all the medical certificates in this regard.
09. The provisions of the Children's Act, 1974 relating to juvenile delinquency will be followed and they will be protected from adult offenders in any way.
It will be ensured that they cannot come in contact. For this purpose juvenile detention centers will be set up in all police stations of the country.
10. Ensure overall security of female accused / victim through female police as much as possible.

14. If there is no legal assistance from the police station or if there is a complaint against a police officer,
